Vector GymWork ("the app") is a training app provided by Vector Sports Management for its athletes. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how you can control it. By creating an account, you agree to this policy.

| Online status | Whether you are currently active in the app, and when you were last active. |
| Time in app | Total time spent using the app, tracked per account. |
We do not collect payment information, location data, contacts, photos, or any device identifiers beyond what is required for the account and usage data above.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Only the app administrator (Vector Sports Management staff) can view the list of registered users and their online status / time in app. Other athletes cannot see your data. No third party — other than our infrastructure provider below — ever has access to it.
Account and usage data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Realtime Database), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in the European Union (europe-west1). Firebase's own privacy practices are described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app: open the account menu (top right) → Delete Account. This immediately and irreversibly removes your login and usage data from our systems.
You can also request deletion or ask questions about your data by contacting us — see Section 8.
Vector GymWork is intended for athletes registered with Vector Sports Management and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental involvement through the club.
