Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to receive a password reset link by email. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your Spam / Junk folder.
Make sure Face ID is set up on your device in Settings → Face ID & Passcode. You can enable or disable quick sign-in with Face ID anytime from the account menu inside the app.
Open the account menu (top right of the app) and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your login and usage data and cannot be undone.
